Officelink is a brand owned by Cixi Mingye Communication and Electronic Co., Ltd.
The factory was established in the early 1990s and has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing electrical connection products.
Since 2014, the factory has been fully committed to providing power solutions for furniture and projects, especially in office spaces.
Our Factory
The factory is now highly digitalized. With the help of our unique PLM and ERP systems, we have created better opportunities for our customers to win over their clients and secure projects. Our AI assistant, together with human sales staff, helps customers find the exact products and configurations they need. We also provide an online platform for every customer; whether the products are standard or customized, quotations and data can be provided instantly. Furthermore, customers can view our latest developments and their order status through this platform.
As a factory, we believe a manufacturer should be genuine: it must produce products rather than just buy and resell them. Therefore, we have taken a rigorous approach to ensure all the products we offer are developed and manufactured in our own factory, with all major components produced in our own workshops. We also have a strong sense of quality control; most of our products have obtained relevant certifications in different countries (such as GS, NF, IMQ, CE, RoHS, etc.). Moreover, we maintain consistency between the samples that have passed testing and the products we deliver to customers.
At Officelink, we encourage creativity, remain open to new ideas, and are willing to invest in new products. We have a team of young and energetic engineers, as well as senior craftsmen who have served the factory for over 30 years. We are equipped with a digital production management system and equipment, along with traditional craftsmanship that enables high precision using hand tools.

Our Certificate
Quality is one of the key foundations for Officelink to survive in this competitive market. With up to 10 years of warranty policy, the factory must maintains all necessary quality control setups starting from the design stage, and continues quality assurance after products are delivered to customers. We have laboratories certified by SGS and Bureau Veritas, workshops operates under the ISO9001 system, factory and products audited and certified under TUV, VDE, ETL, CCC etc…
Production Equipment
We position ourselves as a manufacturer-we create products, rather than just buying and selling, or simply assembling them. All products we sell, and all major components for these products, are produced in our own factory. We have dedicated workshops for tooling, plastic injection, cable extrusion, metal stamping, aluminum processing, and PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly).
These capabilities give Officelink products greater flexibility, better quality, lower costs, and faster delivery times.

Our factory employs over 20 full-time product designers, and we use a Product Life-cycle Management (PLM) system to manage our design work. As a result:
We have the capacity to handle OEM projects, as we understand each customer wants unique, exclusive products.

During product procurement, customers sometimes feel uncertain: once an order is placed, they have no visibility into its progress unless they contact the company's sales or logistics teams. This approach is inefficient and heavily dependent on personnel.
The Officelink Customer Platform-developed by our in-house IT team-provides real-time status updates for every customer order. It automatically shares precise information about where an order stands, allowing customers to plan ahead. We ensure customers always feel secure when ordering from Officelink.
We do not engage in "number games." Every product we sell comes with a minimum 3-year warranty-regardless of whether it contains a PCBA. Moreover, 3 years is just the minimum: some units or customers may qualify for a warranty extension of up to 10 years.
